| Comments: | you can extract the opium by cutting the seed pod open and draining out a milky substance that dries overnight or you can wait for a pod to dry and then snap it off and use the seeds. After a pod dries the top opens up and you can just shake the seeds out. opium smokers often become addicted and/or have vivid dreams and nightmares |

| Comments: | Just north from Doi Suthep is a small village renowned for it's Dork Fin (opium) farm. This could be a photo from that place but may just as likely be from any other place with opium. Bit hard to tell from teh pic. |
